Hi monkey, your not alone in this area. i have had 2 yrs of epidurals and facet joint injec's and they have always made my pain much worse than prior to getting them done. unfortunaltey though most pain management doc's will want to almost always do these along with prescribing meds. its very rare you'll find a pm doc that wont do them regardless if they havent worked. i'm on my 2nd pm doc now and he wants to put me through a series of epidurals and facet joing injec's. again, so this will be my third time getting these done. i'm always willing to give a new doc a go at it, because maybe his technique is different from others and maybe it will work, but after 2 yrs you begin to have your doubts. normally after the 2nd set, if it doesnt work, then they will move onto something else. i've become a human pin cushion over the past two yrs and you begin to get very irritated with it, especially when it causes so much pain on top of what your already dealing with. anway, just wanted to say hello and to let you know your not alone with this one. I've been taking Viagra for about four years now and it works fine for me. I buy 100 mg. pills, then cut them in half with a pill cutter, and 50 mg. seems to be just the right dosage for me. I have noticed from time to time, however, that the potency is less on occasion; consequently, I don't get as good and as long an erection as I do other times. Could it be that the drug is loaded somewhat unevenly in some pills; therefore, I will get a "weak" half once in a while? Would I perhaps be better off buying the 50 mg. pills? I know that they are about the same price as the 100 mg. pills, so this would be much more expensive, but if it were more consistent, then it would be worth it to me.
